Name: Sanyu Tsukada
Year: 2nd Year
Info: Lived in America for awhile before convincing her parents to let her move in with her grandmother and go to school at Ouran Academy. She was having a hard time at her private school in America, but her parents didn't know it. Somehow, though, she had convinced her parents to pay for her to go to school. Don't know how exactly. But she did. She's now living with her 'commoner' gramdmother, whom her parents believe to be rich. But she lost her money sometime after her son moved to America with his American wife and young daughter. She's made some alterations to her uniform to make it more comfortable. She trimmed to skirt so it's slightly shorter, but it still covers her knees a little bit. She also cut the sleeves a bit on her arms. Then she wore 'commoner' shoes and socks instead of the ones issued to her by the school. Those just felt more comfortable to her. Instead of the usual ribbon her dress, she's using a bigger ribbon her grandmother gave her. And her hair is put up in a pony-tail by another red ribbon.
Her grandfather used to be in business with Kyouya Otori's grandfather. They were even once childhood friends. Though, a falling out caused the company to split apart. While Otori's company became a success, Tsukada's went down. Right before he died, Otori's son bought out the company out of spite. Tsukada died shortly after, leaving his money to his irresponsible wife. She went and blew most of it on strange things that her house is now full of. She still has enough to live off of. And her granddaughter helps by getting a job at a resturant with the school's help and permisson, of course.
Her parents now own a Trading Card Company translating popular Japanese card games into English for Americans. They also minor in baseball cards and other sporting cards. The business is running good, so yeah. They aren't as rich as some of the parents of Ouran students, but rich enough to pay for their daughter to go to school there.
Personality: She usually doesn't let little things bother her too much. She shrugs it off and smiles, anyway. Of course, it would bother her if it seemed like a big thing, but most things aren't all that big to her. She also doesn't like too much attention. She'd rather just have her space a lot of the time. She's pretty smart, and can figure things out if she studies them enough.
Likes: Bitter and Spicy foods. She'll drink tea or coffee without milk, cream, or even sugar.
Dislikes: Anything too sweet. She can eat sweet stuff, but not too much of it. Too much sweet-tasting stuff makes her gag. She also dislikes people getting too much into her space. She likes her privacy sometimes, and usually gest really mad when someone invades it.
Fears: Dogs. She got attacked by a dog as a small child while walking to school. Scared her parents enough to drive her to and from school every single day for awhile. Now when she's around a dog, she usually can't move or something like that.
Hobbies: Collects Trading Cards that her father sends her. She also enjoys drawing; she's a pretty decent artist.
